NEW REGIONAL LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY
Open SCAG Committee Appointment available
Due to Mayor Stacy Berry joining the Regional Council as the SCAG District 18 representative, OCCOG has an opening for a Representative to serve on a SCAG policy committee. To serve, you must be an elected official representing a member-in-good-standing of OCCOG and SCAG. The appointment duration is for as long as the member continues to serve in that capacity and their organization is a member of OCCOG and SCAG. The term the appointment will start immediately upon selection by the OCCOG Board.
If you are interested in serving in this role, and have the availability to attend monthly SCAG committee meeting on the 4th Thursday of the month from 10am-12 pm, please submit a letter off interest to OCCOG Executive Director Marnie Primmer by April 1, 2018. OCCOG will be making the appointment at its April 26th Board meeting, held at 10:30 am at Irvine City Hall.
